QTEL.NET project: Official Start / 26.02.2007

The kick-off meeting of the QTEL.NET project took place in Sofia from on 23-24th of February 2006. The participating partners from NAVET - Bulgaria, Bulgarian Tourist Chamber, Znanie – Sofia, Cofimp – Italy, Scottish Qualification Agency and KEK – Greece discussed the project priorities, activities and future steps for promotion of the CQAF. A methodology for the summarising the existing experience in the partnering countries was discussed.

Templates for good practices / 16.03.2007

Templates for collecting and classifying examples of good practices are developed and distributed amongst the partners. The templates are available in the “downloads” section.

QTEL.NET project: Second project meeting / 10.05.2007

The second project meeting of the QTEL.NET project will take place on 1 – 2nd of June, 2007 in Syros – Greece.

The meeting will be focused on overview of the practices existing in the partnering countries for assuring matching between qualification demands and training provision in tourism, and mapping the roles of the relevant bodies responsible for the training needs analysis and the social dialogue.

A summary of the Good practices collection will be the basis for further analysis of the process of the matching, focused on key criteria, differences and success factors.

Good practices collection / 14.05.2007

The first samples of the QTEL.NET Good Practices collection are available in the “downloads” section since 20th of May, 2007.

International Conference / 15-16.11.2007

The International Conference on "CQAF Approach for Building Success Models for Matching Supply and Demands in Training" took place in Glasgow - Scotland, UK, on 15 - 16 November 2007, hosted by the Scottish Qualifications Authority.
